99% of them ARE scams
That's why it's so hard to find which one is legit

some of them are genuinely the same people or companies but the reason the websites look the same is because its a template design i believe, if you look at companies with active devs and unanonimous members, like monero and zcash, its obviously different people competing against one another, but then komodo could be anybody because the devs are secretive

It's called bootstrap, these are templates that ate easy to fill in when you want to make a basic website that is also responsive for mobile use.
I've used it before, many websites are like this nowadays.

They don't want to come up with new website ideas. Their business is crypto, not building websites. All they want is good websites that make them look professional.
