Exchanges don't have much incentive to dealing with bots. The more trades the bots make, the more the exchanges make in transaction fees.

It will stop being an issue when more users adopt the platforms (which is happening).
Smart money started employing bots already, while average users don't use bots. There will be less bots, relatively, when more users start pumping money into the system.
