Good luck getting verified on Kraken.

I fucking submitted my phone number wrong and support won't even answer my ticket as I wait for them to process my invalid submission.

I'm actually starting to worry that Kraken might be some kind of scam.

And yes, if you put a wrong phone number in, you can't change it and it doesn't auto-reject it.
I learned this the hard way.

If you're going to bother with Kraken, make sure you enter everything correct because you're gonna be waiting for WEEKS if not MONTHS if it even happens at all.

It is, and legally they dont need to deliver your money or your coins, you agreed on that in the terms of conditions. By using their service, like any exchange, you agree they can fuck you over and you can't do anything about it legally :)
