Hey, I need some help dudes. I am relatively new to the cryptoworld and could use some direction from the crypto wizards.
So I transferred some ETH from Bittrex to Ethereum Wallet. The withdrawal shows as 'Completed' on Bittrex. However the Ethers are not showing up in my Ethereum Wallet. When I withdrew them from Bittrex, my Ethereum wallet was still syncing. It went all the way to 97% with about 100,000 blocks to go, then just completely froze. When I look up the TxId on etherscan, it just says " There are no matching entries "
as if the withdrawal never happened. I have the keystore file saved from the wallet, and when I try to access it on myetherwallet, it too shows a balance of 0 ETH. I am not sure what to do now and am seeking the advice of those that may have an idea what to do. I will tip whoever can help me resolve this .5 ETH. Thanks

Their network is getting hit hard right now. About a week ago I experienced the same, where my tx didn't show up in myetherwaller nor in etherscan.io, but it went through one or two days later. I wouldn't worry just yet OP.

Alright. Has anyone else experienced anything similar? Does letting the wallet sync completely have anything to do with this? Why is it freezing at 97% ?

yes, your wallet should sync completely
it's broken because ETH sucks balls and it will crash when 2 or 3 whales decide they've taken advantage of you for long enough
