What does your average daily food intake look like

I am from poor country and $10 - $15 does not seem like too much once a week
I buy 3 loaves of bread a week to eat at work, and cook rice to eat at home
I eat mustard sandwiches daily. Instructions:
1. Toast bread
2. Apply the cheapest yellow mustard you can on one slice of toast
3. Put the two slices of toast together
4. Eat

I guess it depends on disposable income but I honestly spend anything from £5 to £20 per work day on healthy cooked food.
I just can't be fucked to cook it myself and want to eat healthily - I suppose I could live off of cheese sandwiches but just to save £300 a month doesn't seem worth it.
