Why isn't there an organization that provides a platform for people to trade goods and services for cryptocoins at a local level and specifically young people

Imagine TaskRabbit but instead of cash it's has its own cryptocurrency that it uses. Good tasks get pushed to the top of the list through votes while tasks that are either terribly posted or are just terrible are pushed to the bottom lereddit style.

along with your balance you also gain reputation for good work and at certain reputation thresholds you can be invited to unique events and be rewarded with other bonuses.

I suppose it's just really capitalism but with a focus on community and tax free but imagine putting the focus on "building community/making the world a better place" and start it on college campuses with an exclusiveness like Facebook initially did. They'll probably start trading it venmo style for sex and drugs but itll help it grow initially.
