Someone accidentally sent $25 worth of Ether to a wallet assigned to me for an Ethereum token ICO. Meaning they paid $25 of my tokens.

I have had these tokens for a while now and nothing has happened. Are they basically mine to keep? Can the devs take coins out of someones wallet or reverse transactions?

Its not like a bank here they take the money back, so what happens?
