I bought 2 hats off this website (https://unlimitedcaps.com/) but they never came. I got an email saying that they were shipped but when I checked the tracking website they sent, the hats were apparently lost. I emailed the company to see if I could get a replacement or a refund, but they haven't emailed me back in 3 days, so I feel like they never will. Is there anything I can do?
