Which coin would be the best to use as a fast vehicle to transfer very slow things like BTC and USDT between 2 exchanges?

Stellar Lumens XLM or DGB are pretty fast, I usually use them.

Are they liquid and high-volume enough if you are selling 10-20 BTC range so that you don't get a big price difference when you buy them back?
