Look Bitcoin is considered property, so giving it up in exchange for goods or services is like bartering. You are, legally, required to pay a tax based on the "reasonable market price of all goods or services received." So you're supposed to tread the money you spend in BTC as income which you cashed out and immediately spent at whatever that market price is. That's what the law says.
