I am 28 and have had more sex and more women than probably 95% of the planet. If you don't have the genetic edge which does most of the work, just work on yourself, educate yourself and becoming a master at something. Not everyone is nor should be in it for quantity, you will find it to be of little value.

The actual value will find you on the road to better yourself and everything around you. Including high quality women, which does not imply woman that 4chan thinks is high quality, people here are one of the actually worst communities that I witnessed regarding understanding of human condition, most notably women.
