If youve never disabled your account intentionally, make sure youve done the phone verification. Get on slack and ask them to look at your ticket, will get it sorted way quicker

Which is a good one? Been using cex.io, how come how their BTC price is 200 dollars higher? Their ETH is also more expensive.
Was looking at poloniex and it honestly looks better.

one error: invalid value; some of the values in the buy/sell confirmation form were blank
another error: after placing a buy/sell order it got immediately cancelled
meanwhile, I could only buy/sell existing orders
does this happen often? I'm only couple of weeks in
