I apologize. My system trades equities. I have no idea which, if any, coin exchanges offer a serious trading api. I use Interactive Brokers and I'm happy with them. As for the decision making process, I use machine learning techniques to identify opportunities and more traditional TA when it comes time to actually make a trade.
