From what I heard they don't have a lot on him and what stuff they did obtain was done so illegally. I also believe the opposing lawyer backed off the case for "personal reasons". He has very good attorneys I seriously doubt he will lose. I suspect worst case scenario there is a admission of wrong doing and a couple million dollar fee.

What is the conviction rate in the US of those accused of securities fraud? I don't know where to find the actual statistics but I recall reading somewhere that it's very high.
