From what I heard they don't have a lot on him and what stuff they did obtain was done so illegally. I also believe the opposing lawyer backed off the case for "personal reasons". He has very good attorneys I seriously doubt he will lose. I suspect worst case scenario there is a admission of wrong doing and a couple million dollar fee.

Yes because there are a ton of admissions of guilt, fines, community service, etc. Not very many people actually go to jail though
