18 year old who started with 8k savings, if i play my cards right I can become wealthy? I don't plan on buying a nice car. My $2000 Hyundai works just fine.

cryptocompare.com
>>

Fair shout, that's some great numbers. Shame you need like 500k to even buy a house in parts of Australia though
>>
>>2168456
i bought ETH at $37 AUD
which is like $29 usd
Would've bought at $10 if the verifcation process didnt take so fucking long mate
>>
Certainly you got lucky on one or 2 investments. Which ones took you to the stratosphere?
>>
>>2168476
Apparently there isnt one. I was considering making one, but it wont be free since id need a Web Server to host data? + APIs on most exchanges dont offer historical data. Not sure how the blockfolio guy does it all for free.

If anyone can think of solutions in this regardx ill gladly begin working on a desktop version

I really haven't done much trading since i started in march. I bought that 150 ETH for about $6000 AUD which took me outerspace. The rest i've just HODLed and recently purchase DGB at 300 satts

Warren Buffet has two rules for investing
1. Don't lose money
2. Don't forget rule #1

For example, if you take a 50% loss on $10k bringing you down to $5k, you now need to make 100% gains to get back to where you were before. So basically play it safe and don't buy unless you are 100% sure you will profit. Eth and btc are the go-to long term holds, but really its pretty hard to lose money in this shit
>>
>>2168297
dude you got 8k of savings at 18 youre already well off.
>>
>>2168549
You think the crypto growth is sustainable for long ?
>>
>>2168297
ETH alone will make u rich, 150

By mid next year it will be worth 150k.
>>
>>2168566
nigga i worked at mcdonalds since i was 14 saving my shekels. I also sold weed i bought off the darknet for extra side shekels, funny because its actually how i got into crypto
>>
>>2168549
Also, DONT SELL DAT ETH

Lots of people got shook out of bitcoin during the various drops and hardly anyone held from 50c to $2k. You got lucky getting into eth pretty early. In 10 years you will most definitely be a millionaire
>>
>>2168569
Yes. Right now we're in a massive bubble which will most likely pop, but solid coins will certainly endure
>>
>>2168523
Since these are numerical data we are talking about, I don't think you are going to need that much storage or bandwidth. Wouldn't an unmanaged dedicated be enough?
Although, it is far easier to monetize android through ads and the ability to remove them for a fee than open source linux where your only route is some kind of subscription adding perks like faster refresh.

there is no 100% chance of making profit. This isnt wagecucking. Sure its pretty hard to lose if you play smart but generally the safer the asset, the less the return and time is a factor on a return. making 100% gains back if it takes you 10 years isnt as helpful because there are better deals out there.
Then again this is cryptos powered by autists and meme triangles so "warren buffet" rules arent as prevalent as natural ecosystem evolution rules
