How should I store my BTC and ETH? What about Alt coins?
I hear Poloniex is really popular but they always suffer "down time" at critical moments.
So what else? Preferably where I can cash out without linking my identity.
Kraken? Bittrex? Yobit? Other?
Is coinbase good for anything at all?
Best besktop wallet that covers as many coins as possible? Electrum?
Ledger vs Keepkey vs Trezor?
Well?

If you don't own the private keys, you don't own the ether, its as simple as that.
Either a hardware wallet, or on a harddrive with disk encryption.

How Do?
>>2109465
Multiple, well encrypted, offline backups.
Depends how much you have, but I'd advise using different media, possibly MDiscs (long lasting DVD/blue rays), putting backups in different geographic locations.

Just pick any TrueCrypt derivative and that should be good for full drive encryption.

Very good point!! In case of fire or flood, multiple backups might be taken out. Keep an encrypted usb in a different place - grandparents/bank/work/whatever.

Get a load of this faggot
Are you fucking kidding me?
Jaxx is ok, if a little laggy but I do like having some type of mobile app where I can check on some of my loose coins.
Although I'm just getting it set up and I sent over a few coins to my Bittrex wallet, and they charged a 'mining fee' I don't really understand what that's about or why it's taking so long to show up?
I'm still new to crypto but is this something like they have to confirm the coin or something?
