Would a time based Crypto be accepted against all the effort based ones?

Would it be one of a kind? It wouldn't require really any hashing or anything just tracking face time on the cam and basically rng rolling at certain intervals for a chance to generate a NeetBux, which would get more difficult to get as time goes on.
