You're reading it wrong, its saying you "received payment for an order", not that you made a payment. You definitely want to contact them about this because them having you classified as a business and thinking you're selling stuff has obvious tax implications.

Coinbase historically double and even triple charges people weeks or months after a purchase, and sometimes right after. As you know, they also ban people who try to chargeback and then refuse to answer service emails for months at a time.

desu there's literally zero reason to use an American exchange, they're really tied to retarded American legislation, and most have adopted USDT (which might be a scam), and USD it's much less stable than CHF or JPY
