How do you define a coin as having left the station though? Just because you buy something whilst it's rising in value doesn't mean it can't still rise. Though it makes more sense to buy a coin whilst it's price is low, there is no guarantee that it will rise.

I mean, every sale has a buyer and a seller, and sales take place at whatever the market price is. Sometimes people just want to cash out, or they're worried the price will drop further. Sometimes people think its going to skyrocket and don't mind buying high.
