I've been investing about $50/week in a term fund. I'm about to receive my $50,000,000 dividend tonight.

I want to use about $10,000,000 of my dividend on community good. What would you spend $10 milly on, with the idea to 1. not profit for about 20 years, and 2. not lose value, and 3. contribute lots of good to society
