Prosper and LC offer great datasets which you can use to build your own models and beat that amount - with some excel and math skills you can beat 10% YoY

Most of the sites assign a risk level from low risk to high risk, so you know if a debtor is worth risking your money on. Some give a profile of the person and a way to contact them if they come across hard times or become a delinquent.
