Bittrex gives you this address for their XLM coin (check the address yourself) but if you send it to the address you wont get the coins. Millions of dollars just fucking sit there..
I just fucking lost like 100 bucks trying to transfer my XLM/STR from Poloniex.

Pol is shitty. I live in WA and I was wary of the issue considering poloniex was a buggy POS and they never changed the ticker, so I sold to btc and then transfered it

Poloniex really fucking sucks.. although I have to wonder if its just their antiquated full site, the mobile site seems a lot faster

If you have bittrex account go like you are going to deposit XLM.
Look at the address it gives, it's the same one as OP. It should be unique for each person.
2000 BTC worth of stellar is sitting there.

bittrex gets hacked periodically as well, not a full on hack, but a few accounts here and there. Checkout bitcoin forum about it, obviously no compensation for accounts that lose their money.
