I need the business expense of the new house though, work is booming.
Might flip the new house too after a few years though; got it for a steal and it can be radically transformed with only a few minor interventions.
Could make some serious profit if I get a fair price, because I sure didn't pay a "fair price" for it.

I did actually, just below what your average house appraiser would put it at.
But then my current house is also being sold slightly under the average appraisal price, so there's that.
