Pahjeets are never good at communicating anyways. I've worked with them when I had to deal with IBM's support team at my job, they're terrible at giving and receiving information, which makes it very difficult to work with them in development projects, because sometimes they end up delivering the opposite of what you asked for.

And guess why companies get pahjeets for support and such roles? Because they're cheap. I'm guessing that's why POSW has pahjeets for marketing.
