I'm in Canada and have been using coinbase to buy ETH but it's a super arduous process to sell any. Are there any alternatives?

What site/app/service do you use to make your trades?
FYI, I'm just about to get started trading.
I buy BTC from MyBTC and have them send it directly to my Bitfinex wallet.

QuadrigaCX
My only issue is they don't accept my specific bank's brand if credit card so I can't easily add funds, but I just instant buy on coinbase and then transfer it over. Costs a very small percentage, but it's faster than any other payment method.

Canada too. Only one I know, not signed up or anything.
We should have a sticky for all of this crypto wallet/exchange info
Why is it tough to sell for you? I'm in the US and it's as simple as clicking the sell button and transferring to my bank accout. I assume it's different where you live?

coinbase just doesn't allow withdrawals into canadian bank accounts i guess
even with a valid bank account for buying btc/eth with the sell page just looks like pic related
What are the tax implications of btc and friends? This might deter from using bank account.

There is no monetary gain that is not taxable, at least in the US.
Not 100% sure because I'm not in the crypto game yet, but you'll need to report is as a capital gain just like with FX rate gains

Move to Denmark. 0% tax on cryptocoins, because the tax office has no clue on how to claim it, and they already lost $10 billion on income taxes because their it-systems are shit
