No. Your blockchain is different from your wallet. Only delete your chain data and it should synch your wallet again.

Rename the .pivx directory in the /appdata to .pivx1 and open the wallet again.
Now synch the wallet
Now you have an empty wallet, so close it and return to the .pivx1 folder where you will copy the /wallet folder and the .conf files and paste it in the .pivx folder (overwrite the files)
Open the wallet and you are done.
That is what worked to me.

NEVER EVER DELETE YOUR OLD .PIVX FOLDER, ONLY RENAME IT TO WATEVER YOU WANT AND KEEP IT SAFE!
