if the trade is completed, no. you would have to find the hacker and sue him
but usually most broker accounts have an additional security authorization, like a one-time mobile pin needed for every transaction, which makes it impossible to do stuff with your account, unless they steal your login info and mobile phone

If someone steals from you, you can sue them. But if they've stolen the stocks and sold them to someone else, then you're pretty fucked in terms of getting those back. Unfortunately there's no FDIC type system for securities, even though cybercrime has cost investors billions of dollars.
