Think about this senario though

What if you actually worked at said company for a short time, and when the agency tries to contact that company they say they have no record of you being there, but in fact years ago you did work there a short time

My contract agency, couldn't verify employment at two locations years prior and they told me to put on the books/in writing that these assignments/jobs where unpaid. That in fact was a lie, since these companies paid me, I had tax returns proving I worked there, but they wanted actual PAYSTUBS
