My friend uses it. I think while it isn't the best way to get returns on your money, it is a really nice introduction to investing.

Better than nothing, but really you should be budgeting.

I just use it as a way to save some additional cash. It automatically transfers some money from checking to its account, so far I've saved about $200 using it

I use it as a way to squirrel away a little bit at a time as a rainy day fund. Slow gains, and it's probably going to be complicated as fuck at tax time, but it's only 3% of my total portfolio so fuck it, the UI pleases me and I get little bonuses when I shop on Jet.

I've got a friend who uses Acorns. Used to mock my financial advice.

Jokes on him, I made his current net worth because of crypto trading in a single month. Have fun with your 3% return on a good day.

We figured out a while ago that Acorn shills on /biz/.
As soon as we started filling Acorn threads with accusations of shilling, they stopped appearing.

That was a few months ago. Seems like maybe it's been enough time that they think they can start shilling again.

They don't understand the demographic here. We aren't interested in investing pennies rounded from the nearest dollar.

I've use stash in addition to robinhood. better than acorns imo cause u can actually pick what to invest in. though limited, they have a great selection of etfs to choose from. seen 8% return since election (Buy MGC my nigga)
