As well as that they spend more money currently making the product than selling it so they are effectively selling products for a loss. What you need is better efficacy and better product margins which they have slowly been transitioning. Your risk is that they might never be able to go net positive in sales. so... R/S to above $5/share is to attract institutional investors who can't or won't touch penny stocks. the fear part of the equation is that many times reverse splits are followed by dilution as a way to raise capital.

Unclear. This has been the pattern of NG for the past two weeks:

We get a slow overnight decay, this is where i made bank in DGAZ, but then in the market, it spikes up all the way till noon because of market manipulation.
