i'm chillin- as far as actual trades i have a few strikes in the money, so i'll convert to all covered calls on those when they expire.

The main thing is being very conservative in keeping a lot of cash (ammo) ready for ACTUAL drops

Hi anon, as a new trader (2 months of semi-serious daily watching) how do I act emotionally when a new behavior phase takes place and leave no strings onto what happend last week etc? sometimes, I get sad when they leave their phases or channels and start being other men.

how do you cover a VIX option? I mean, I understand how someone can write a call for stock he actually owns, but how do you do that on VIX?

Also, how do you think about VIX approaching mean levels slowly? Will you jump right in or wait until volatility overheats?

you can do options on svxy (short vol) , inverse of uvxy , which also has options

my psychology is to avg down very slowly while vix <20, but the you might wanna go all in depending on your risk tolerance/ bagholding muscles
