Move. Use the CCNA and/or your 2 year AA, work towards higher cert levels, fuck the town/city you live in, nothing about it is special.
Semiconductors is hot if you can get into it. The 2 year AA you might be able to swing for a technician job somehow, I'm making 100k as a technician on nightshift after 5 years.
