>be in 3rd world asia
>graduate October 2015
>got my first job just THREE DAYS AGO
>work hours according to contract is 10 hours Mon-Thurs, 9 hours during Fridays and half days on Saturdays (not counting the 4-hour commutes per day)
>salary is $200 per month as noob accountant and is still being deducted $20 per month as part of """"employee's bond"""" (of course taxes are also separate)
>they expect you to do overtime, but overtime is not paid unless accepted by the officer, and she usually just gives "T H A N K Y O U F O R Y O U R S E R V I C E"
>toilet for men and women for ALL DEPARTMENTS is just one cubicle for male and one for female
>no food in the pantry, just water
>people close to me say "anon, that company abuses people"
>scared to leave because finding employment is tough and I dont want to lengthen my already suspicious 2-year no experience neetdom
Are there any HRs here? I know being unemployed for less than a year is still kinda OK, but how many years of no activity is pushing it/a massive red flag? I feel my confidence plummet when interviewers ask me what did I do with my life as they get fresher, younger grads. I'm 21 btw
Also,
>have to be genki 24/7 or else you're done/they won't like you and will ignore you
>have to arrive earlier than superiors and come home later than them
>get assigned tasks
>choose to do them nonstop like I'm doing an 8-hour vidya stream so I can finish early and show "seriousness"
>get labeled "depressing" by coworkers in front of superiors
???????
So, how should it be done exactly? Do I have to do things slower to make it look like I'm a relaxed person? I feel like this could be a newbie-crushing maneuver from them. I hear dirty pulls like this all the time, but maybe I'm acting weird as well. When you get accepted do you also have to introduce yourself to every single one in the department?
