Hipsters aren't a market you idiot, they are like impossible to part from their money, because when they do have it they burn it on their crazy self-indulgent art projects that nobody needs or asks for.
What you want to sell to is normies who want to appropriate the Hipster aesthetic without having the anti-establishment, need to be a unique individual/rampant personal-exceptionalism-narcicism

Aside from the fact if you try and start a business from a moral crusade you'll always fail because it means you're acting from irrational emotion, not cool logical dollar dollar bill y'all

hipsters avoid brands that they recognize or think other people recognize. You would have to change the name and logo of your company every single day.

If you can manage that, it doesnt matter what you sell because they will buy it.

What you do is invest in a chain of thrift stores and restaurants, all with different names and look really shaggy and run down. Employ only college kids and single crazy cat ladies, because thats who these kids relate to (and cross your fingers that they dont burn the fucking place down).

The neat thing about this is that it actually shoudnt require too much money because the buildings you invest in should be old and shitty, and the people you hire will work for peanuts perpetually without questioning it.

Like everyone else they look at branding of products to decide whether these fit their quality requirements, whether they fit their impression of their own social status, etc.

The difference is that large, multinational brands are no-go for them. So the trick is to sell stuff under some unknown name, but use all other types of branding very conventionally (for today). So: call your brand Hubalubaloo, but use an image of a deer in black and white, a sleek font, a Wordpress black and white website.
