Question for /biz/, when you're wage slaving 40 hours a week and also working on investments and business plans in your off time how do you deal with the exhaustion? Working isn't hard, it just takes up so much energy and leaves me feeling drained before I even begin personal work.
So, what does /biz/ do to combat exhaustion?

Keep hydrated, get enough sleep, eat well and do some cardio exercise shit. That's really how you get more energy in any situation save just not doing shit that makes you tired.

Dude, go to your local college or pre school and ask around.
But i've found that for my studies, which i do beside working 50 hours per week, it is extremely helpful.
