Don't swing for the fences on advertising up front. I bought tv ads. That's 8k I wish I could get back. Also, work from home for as long as you can before you get an office.

I started out by forming an LLC and opening a business bank account. Then printed up 1000 flyers and had a website made. I got my first customers from Facebook and Nextdoor. That is still where I get most of my customers.
