Rehearse common questions
Dress for success
When you look into their eyes, in your head keep saying dirty things to them.

Alpha male brainwaves will put the female into submission and you will get the job.
Shit man
Jerk off a lot, a lot a lot a lot
Or have actual hot sex just before
If you want the job, get an escort before the interview
Ah man fucking HR cunts fucking christ

I dunno senpai but it works for me. Women become more friendly and even flirty when I do that
My friend just got on with this place as an HR intern at $19/hr. I heard they pay fin/acc more. So I REALLY want this, but all the people I know that work there are attractive women, so I'm afraid they'll be biased against me.

We know that this thread is not real.

yeah people dont go to job interviews and no attractive women have jobs stop lying op
>>1902375
Its very real.

Assuming that the people interviewing you are from the department you're going to join, and not some HR types, all you have to do is come across as someone they'd want to work with every day.

I know at least one of them is HR because my friend recognized her name from her interview a couple weeks ago and knows who she is.

If the other one is HR too, you just need to bullshit your way through it. If the other one isn't HR, then ignore the HR one and focus on getting along well with the other one. HR generally don't make hiring decisions, but can be gatekeepers if they manage to insert themselves as a first round in the interview process.

Alright. Well there's four of them, but I'll try to remember this because I know who the HR one is.
>>1902346
Be friendly. Smile.
>>1902389
Nope. You are just trying to pimp a persona and make /biz/ surfers think it is cool to be the way you suggest.
Too bad for you.
>>1902418
Nope. Pic related is from the confirmation email.

Oh, it's one of those. They're easy to prepare for, you just have to have a bunch of prepared anecdotes to answer questions like "tell me about a time when you worked in a team" or "tell me about a time when you failed at something".
