I don't know your parents, but I would think they would give you some leeway if you got fired and are actively looking for another one.

am in the same situination, but i have unemployment paying me 2 times a week till nov, am using that time to learn about money, investing and how to use money to make money because i really hate being a 9-5 slave ;P i wanna learn how to master money
