How do you decide where to work? Im 22 now have two job offerings,

45k a year doesn't sound worth it for 75% travel, unless you're getting some overtime for traveling. Do you have a family? Pets? How much does health insurance cost (dental is relatively cheap)? Have you tried to negotiate with either?

I would definitely take that position if you don't have any obligations that require you to be home every day. Plus it pays insurance, which is a huge.

Yea, I think the travel sounds a little better in that case, it will maximize your salary and you don't have obligations you're bailing on.

See if you can get another dollar or two, it will be a good experience negotiating. Pitch them on the value you will bring, justify it with numbers if you have any previous experience.

Thanks for the solid opinions...im going to ask for a little more they did seem pretty eager to hire. The job is going to hospitals and just doing pm's on hvac systems which seems like its cake but you never know until you are finally working
