If i open a tube porn site, directly linking to other tube sites, will that pass copy restriction?
Or, doesn't it matter and should i just host the porn, because everybody does this?
copy restriction?
also embedded videos from other sites will probably not rank you very well for SEO.

I doubt it's legal to just copy content from other sites?
X hamster literally encourages this.
Not sure about seo
Linking is 100% legal.
Embedding is way way better than actually hosting the stuff, but still a bit of a constested issue. The copyright angle seems fairly safe, since you are neither hosting nor transmitting any content. But you are profiting off of infringing content on a large scale, which may put you at odds with other laws against substantially infringing sites (making the site itself, not the individual content pieces illegal) or with competition law (since compared to an "honest" tube site you are cutting corners and profiting off of other peoples' work).
If the hosting site offers an embedding functionality, you are one step closer to legality, since at least then you are doing it with the (implied) permission of the hosting provider and may allege that said provider has also granted you an (implied) copyright license. At some point it might be prudent to also look over the terms and conditions of the hosting site to make sure there's nothing bad in there barring you from doing what you want to do.
But don't count on rightsholders realizing the difference, especially since you plan to make it look like it's your own tube site. It's all nice and dandy if you are legally in the clear due to embedding. But what's the use when rightsholders google their content, see your site and send you hundreds of DMCA notices per week, get your site delisted from google and have their lawyers send you threatening letters? Processing that shit, reading, replying and dealing with it and having a lawyer respond properly to demands will cost so much time and money that it may not matter that you are technically operating legally.
