Well I wonder if I should double down and try again or try something else. It's no secret that people can make big money on these things and I do know I have the technical competence to make something.

I don't really spend much money to run it $5 a month for Digital Ocean and that server can easily be repurposed to host multiple sites. Web dev is one of those things that's kind of fun, but also becomes grunt work really easily.

And time lost isn't a big deal since everything that's been coded once can be utilized later on, usually directly, but otherwise just indirectly knowledge gained.

Anyway yeah I'd rather start some type of biz that doesn't solely revolve around coding. Have yet to figure out what, perhaps a few years from now I could do consulting, that doesn't really seem great either.

The niche I was thinking about is trannies. Trannies are a perennial, there's always been a big interest in them, but with (((social trends))) it's bigger than ever. It's certainly a crowded market, though.
What really appeals to me about having a tranny porn site is that while it's a niche of its own, you can have all kinds of sub-niches. You can combine trannies with hentai, ebony, Latina, Asian, interracial, cuck, BDSM, milf, diaper, teen, furry, incest, whatever shit you can think of you can give the girl a dick and get an audience that's even more dedicated. There are even niches specific to trannies, like post-op (yes that's a thing).
I'm thinking having both MTF and FTM, because FTM is its own niche and one that's getting a lot more popular lately. Adding FTM content could get a dedicated sub-audience with high brand loyalty.
One thing about people who jack off to trannies is that a lot of them want to be trannies themselves, and that sounds like good incentive for a members-only section. Maybe a sissification section for paid members only, or a mailing list where they get sent forced fem CYOAs ripped from /d/.
