Bullshit chart. Show me the last 10-year period where domestic small caps didn't trounce large caps. let alone fail to keep pace. I have no idea where the REIT expectations come from, especially that ridiculous volatility projection. And there's obviously some kind of undisclosed currency bias at work here, since all of the "top" performers happen to (coincidentally) be non-dollar denominated assets. Show your work, or don't bother.

Because /biz/ is primarily for entertainment purposes, and ETFs are boring. Gambling on memecoins and penny stocks is more fun, even if you'll usually lose out in the end.
