Hey /biz/. I'm wondering, can I sue my work for this?
The backs of my hands are red and sting like hell.
I've been working at a fast food place for two days now and they make us wear gloves at all times when cooking. I haven't heard this complaint from anyone there, though.
trim your fingernails... it looks like dry skin, it happens during winter

you can sue for anything, that doesn't mean you'll win.
check if the gloves have latex, you may be allergic. If not just rub with lotion after the shift. This is actually a very common problem in food service, we all deal with it.

1. Tell your supervisor.
2. File a complaint.
3. No response? Contact a Worker's Comp attorney.
4. Go to doctor
5. Attorney will handle next steps.
Coconut oil works for dry skin as well..
