Whats a good degree for small towns? I dont want to pursue medicine because >people. Law is out because i think its way too much school to make 60k a year. Actuary wouldnt have any openings in my area. Is CPA ok? I wanted to make 6 figures but that seems like a comfy small town job. Could I at least get 70k? Any other suggestions? Preferably 4 year or less with comfy hours. Dont need to be rich i can buy a mcmansion here for 200k and live a comfy life
>inb4 move
Ive lived in big cities and it has its pros but it wasnt for me.

Computer science can get you to 6 figures as a software engineer after 5 years of experience changing jobs a couple of times for a better wage. Work hours are usually very relaxed, I go in at 9:30 am and leave at 5 pm. Sometimes I don't feel like working and end up "working" from home. PTO is unlimited so I can take as many vacation days as I want and that my coworkers are ok with.

CPA is fine. In small towns and smaller companies degrees matter a lot less than the value you bring to the table. Also don't specialize too much

Hey, I go there too. I'm from Phoenix though, and opportunities aren't as scarce there. So I would suggest move, but if you can, leave Arizona.
