Do I complete a Finance major with a Mathematics minor at a state school (with a 3.8-3.9 GPA) in 3 years (two more years) or transfer to a top 30 school/lower Ivey school and complete an Economics/Finance with a quantitative minor (maybe double major) in 4 years?
Keep in mind the state school is top 100 on most US college rankings.

What's your GPA on the second option?
Don't worry about completing shit in 3 years. Take an extra year to get that to a 4.0.

doesnt matter. do what you want, party and finish

you can prob do it in three yrs if you take summer courses
dont forget university requirements
if you go for mathematics major i dont think youd get an analysts job, more like a quant or math engineer
The state school, I'll complete in three years easily. No stretch.
Not sure what my GPA will be in the second option. Just know I'll have a 3.9~ after a year of state school.
So I can assume 3.6-3.9 range at a higher tier seeing that my averages improved second semester and I factor in an increase in difficulty.

Top 25 business school will put you into semi-target territory.
If you're studying Quantitative Finance, being a semi-target is huge in comparison to a T100 state school. Worth the extra debt.
