Lets I'm from a poor country and I want to cooperate with a US citizen to work on sites like clickworker, fusioncash, microworker etc.

I'll be working on those sites from a residential proxy/vpn based in the US. And I'll be using his name, paypal etc. to register on those sites and he'll just forward the payments to me.

Could this create a problem for him with taxes or some shit?

Yes. He should take the taxes out from the payments he sends to you. Then its up to you to declare the income to your government as well.
