- retirement homes
- colleges
- country clubs

Honestly I have no idea but I would guess airlines (or canteens) since they are in a big industrial kitchen where they have their plan and time.
At a restaurant / hotel you have a lot of pressure because sometimes there are 20 รก la carte guests and you have to push out the food as fast as possible

Becoming a rich persons personal chef is going to be the best way to live a comfy life.
But you will need to be extremely knowledgeable about nutrition, create bomb tasting food, and not have a meltdown when your hard-made meals are unwanted or disliked.
