How should I put my education in my resume? I was in 4 different universities (2 student exchange 1 uni transfer)
in 4 years:
2014: uni 1
2015: uni 2 (transferred)
2016: Uni 2, but studied exchange in uni 3
2017: Uni 2, but student exchange in uni 4

Just put uni 2 and list your exchange programs under that as bullet points

This. They may ask for more in depth info later on in which case include uni 1

Unless you did some really cool shit prior to 2014 or something noteworthy at uni 1 then just include recent experiences.

Are you a student? It doesn't matter? Just include your graduate date

I am a current student applying for graduate roles which is scaring and stressing me out (avg grades, no related work experience). Sorry to continue asking more questions but I had the same job from 2015 to 2017. So when I was not on exchange I worked and studied at uni 2. How should this be laid out on the resume?

I know, and I knowledged that. I wrote that I worked while uni and am quite scared and stressed. But that job was not related to my degree.
May I ask how you did it?

Imo:
School /awards
Skills
Relevant experience (job, class projects, personal projects)
Other experience (other jobs)
Ask a career counselor at your school for help/critique even if you already graduated.

What you have to remember no one became a multi millionaire their first try my guy. George Seros didn't become an investment banker straight out of college just remember that and network,Be personable.
