Are there any blogs for employees with tips on handling managers, co-workers and navigating corporate politics? All I see on the internet are blogs for businesses and leaders.
I'd also like to know, but more importantly I'd like to know where I can come work where this bullshit doesn't exist altogether.
OP, could you post the link for some of these "blogs for businesses and leaders"?
I don't know how to search these things in English.
Yes, English is not my first language.

That's a cool article but doesn't offer any advice for losers or clueless.

Have you read all parts?
It offers great advice in my opinion.

I don't know. Anything helping workers seems pretty communist if you ask me

Why the fuck is helping workers seen as a bad thing and the communism meme is always associated to it?
