Unless you are union you'll most likely be paid minimum wage, after 8 hours it's x1.5. After 12 it's x2.... As an extra.

Back then you were paid for multiple aspects of the process, cable fees, broadcast fees, industrial usage fees, you name it. This was in addition to renegotiations at the three year mark.
I have no idea how the structure is set up now, I heard the union traded away a lot of the lucrative aspects of the old system in exchange for more favorable rates on internet usage. Back then, ads on the web weren't the norm, so we didn't get paid much for them.
